SNT Ukraine and Chernihiv Polytechnic National University have officially launched a partnership in IT specialist training. The collaboration is based on the joint participation of the company and the university in the DIGITRANS grant project — "Digital Transformation of HEIs Education Process in Ukraine and Moldova for Sustainable Engagement with Enterprises" — under the Erasmus+ programme. The project is EU-funded and aimed at improving graduate employability in Ukraine and Moldova.
A memorandum signed with the leading university formalised SNT Ukraine's active involvement in preparing future bachelor's and master's degree students in Computer Engineering, Information Systems and Technologies, and Cybersecurity and Information Protection.
First steps taken
A group of top students from Chernihiv Polytechnic has already completed an internship under the guidance of SNT Ukraine experts. The intensive, hands-on sessions covered modern networking technologies, IP telephony, and cybersecurity — and, in the students' own words, contained "zero fluff": only real knowledge and practical experience.
What's next?
SNT Ukraine will support the employment of the most talented students. The best graduates will have the opportunity to sit exams at the company's authorised Pearson VUE Test Centre and earn internationally recognised certifications — including the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). For aspiring networking and cybersecurity professionals, this represents a powerful launchpad into the field.
