Umbrella Management System for Kyivstar

Fault and Event Management solution collects and consolidates events form RAN, Switches, Transmission (SDH/ PDH, DWDM, MPLS), GPRS, VAS. More than 35 different Telco platforms were integrated.

Root-Cause and Service Impact analysis tasks were automated and are based on developed by SNT correlations, event enrichment, reprioritization, maintenance and other Data driven Events Processing Automation policies.

Resource and Service Inventory of OSS Transformation Project for Telenor Serbia

Project covers inventory and planning capabilities for Transport, RAN, IT and Services domain. Data migration from legacy datasources is also a part of this project.

Fault and Alarm Management System for MTS Ukraine

Fault and Alarm Management System based on IBM Tivoli Netcool software collects and consolidates events from more than 25 different Telco (Alcatel, Siemens, Ericsson, Comverse, Nokia, Cisco, Huawei, and other) and IT platforms via different interfaces (Q3, Corba, MML, PFM and other). Solution was integrated with Trouble Ticketing Management System (BMC Remedy).

Fault and Alarm Management System for Datagroup (Ukraine)

Network Monitoring System based on Cisco Info Center software connected to more than 15 different Telco (Hughes, Cisco, Nortel, Alcatel and other). Number of correlation rules were automated.

Site Access Solution for KaR-Tel (works under Beeline brand)

Site Access Solution is based on IBM Tivoli Netcool suite and provide following key functions:

  • Notification of events from on site telco devices to field engineers during repair / maintenance works
